Simply put, when you purchase web hosting, you are buying storage space for your website online. Web pages have text, images, audios, videos, PDF files and other content that must be stored on secured web servers owned and managed by the web hosting company, so that it is available to the public worldwide. The company registering the space has to establish a domain name and lease a block of space on a web server to upload and store their web pages for the website to become hosted and be seen by anyone with an internet connection. A domain name is the server address that points to the hosting account on the rented server, in which the data for the website is stored. For example, www.bagwarsoftwares.com is our domain name. The server delegates files to the web browser making the request. Not all servers are the same and server features offered will vary depending on the web host provider.
